In order to procure Crown Shy’s wine list, Wine Director Luke Boland imagined what kind of cellar he would build for himself and made it a reality. The diversity of the list represents a love for all styles and provenances of wine and respects the potential for great wine from all regions of the world. The Crown Shy Squeeze Dinner Series will serve as a dive into the wine list to discover specific regions, grape varieties, unsung heroes, or up and coming gems that might otherwise go missed, all while enjoying fantastic food from Chef James Kent. At these dinners we encourage exploration, adventurous palates and curious minds to take a short trip to faraway places through the lens of a glass of wine.
